Hi, I’m Brittany Hayes, a Registered Provisional Psychologist. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, grief, trauma, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed.

I believe that therapy is about more than learning coping skills, it’s about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that shape your experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. I strive to create a space where clients can show up as they are, without judgment, and explore both the challenges they are facing and the strengths they already possess.

My work is informed by evidence-based approaches while remaining flexible to each client’s unique needs and goals. I often help clients explore the connections between their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences, while building practical tools to navigate current challenges. Whether you’re working through a difficult season, processing past experiences, improving relationships, or trying to better understand yourself, I aim to provide a supportive space where growth, insight, and healing can occur.

Seeking support can feel vulnerable, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and well-being.
